Hi! I'm George Colburn, I am an experienced product leader that has a passion for building high performing teams & innovating alongside my business partners, across all device platforms.

Brand Integration: My team envisioned alongside our partners in engineering and product a new DTC focused Levis digital landscape that created a cohesive elevated digital language across all touchpoints that included: the first ecommerce app, an internal stylist in store app, instore tailorshop digital touchpoints, new imaging for our innovative lasered jeans, and a global loyalty program that allowed us to drive personalization and so much more.

Bridging Teams and Visions: I am a leader that aligns, hires and drives his team towards the company vision which creates a strong team culture and high performance that allows them to create 0-1 experiences while pushing to iterate the present.

Diverse Past: Before Vistaprint, I headed up the Levis team where I was able to really hone in on an omni channel experience that really considered the brand at every touch point. At groupon I redesigned the core shopping experience that improved customer satisfaction and conversion. Intuit really pushed me into design thinking and understanding the customer in the fintech world. Walmart was my proving grounds pushing me across all levels into management and really focused on designs that impacted millions.

Technical Collaboration: I am a leader that pushes his team to understand and collaborate deeply and early with engineering because I want to ensure designs that are not only visually pleasing but also implementable in the current time line


Data-Driven Approach: I am always considering the holy trinity of research, analytics, and competitive landscape to drive towards a more thoughtful and evidence based solution. Resulting in a 13% lift in conversion across all product pages in groupon or the 4% gain in conversion through Levis new streamlined checkout. I use all touchpoints of data to make sure we drive to effective designs

Team Builder: In the last few roles I have had I have started with 0-2 designers and have effectively grown high performing teams. Teams that are extremely engaged and have a high retention. I enjoy being in the weeds with my team in order to push their designs to the highest levels.
